I have been using the skid steer quick attach on my New Holland TC34DA for 10 years . Last year both the bucket and the forks started detaching when pulling backwards. It appears the locking pins were hanging up ,not completely extending. Something must be slightly bent but I cannot see it.
If your buckets are newer, the issue is likely with the quick attach itself. I would check the latch linkages for worn parts and also check that the latch springs aren't weak or broken. The angled tips of the latch pins could be worn as well.

I cannot seem to get my quich attach bucket to deattach. 99 or so Cat 236 handles seem to move but does not pull up the pin that hold it in place- cannot get buck off. I am fairly green/newbie. Any ideas?Lift up the handles on your coupler and then you're going to slide the top lip of the coupler underneath the bucket, roll the bucket back, and then pop off your tractor and push the arms down.
